French style butter dish

This style of dish keeps butter fresh without refrigeration. To use: press a stick of butter into the lid, then fill the jar with about 1" of water - enough for the lid to touch and create a seal, but not so much that the butter is sitting in water. The holes in the jar allow the water to slowly evaporate, keeping the butter cool.
